Returning your order
Returning is no problem! You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You then only pay the shipping costs when returning your package. For returns you can choose between:
- A gift voucher equal to the purchase amount or
- A full refund, including shipping costs, if you return your complete order.
If you want to return part of your order, you can do this up to 14 days after receiving the order. We will deposit after receipt of the amount of the relevant Funko Pop! excluding shipping costs. You then only pay the shipping costs when returning your package.
We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition. After verification, we will refund the amount to the account number used to pay.
Please contact us to indicate that you want to return your order, if necessary, send photos of the Funko Pop and packaging and we will ensure that you receive the return information by email.
Returning Box damaged Funko's
The Funko Pop! vinyl figures that have box damage and where, upon purchase, this was reported on the product page of the relevant Funko Pop! cannot be returned. We will not reimburse the costs of these products.
Some Funko Pop! We received vinyl figures with box damage. We think this is a great shame and we always try to deal with it appropriately together with our suppliers. We are often told that we can keep these products, although we do not always get part of the costs back. We will then appear on the product page of the Funko Pop! Indicate that there is box damage by rating the box quality. The Funkos with box damage are also offered at a greatly reduced rate.
